I am 1 week PP I pump 3 oz on each side in 10 minutes?

Don't listen to the people telling you not to pump before 6 weeks. If you want to keep your supply high so you can stash milk, please keep it up. I tried doing the same thing but then when my baby started having continuous growth spurts now I only have enough for her if even that at 6 weeks and I WANT an oversupply so I can send her off with milk if I want a weekend away. I wish I was able to pump more in the first weeks so I didn't have to worry about having enough for her at this point.

It's not recommended to pump before baby is 4-6 weeks. Boobies are trying to regulate. If you pump and feed baby your boobies will think there's a very hungry baby and make a bunch of milk. Anyways. It also depends on when you pump. Morning time is best because that's when you have the most milk. Also are you waiting for your let down to be over? Then fast pumping for another five minutes to see if you have another let down.

I'm also 1 week PP and I only pump about 1 1/2 per breast every 2-3 hours. Are you doing anything to produce more? Are you feeding baby first and then pumping?

That's good. I'm just now pumping that much at 3 weeks PP

That's good... Because you pump less than you actually produce and right now baby should only be taking about 2-3oz so that's amazing... My SIL had 6 kids and breastfed them all to atleast 2 years and with all her kids combined she only pumped 15oz.
