Could I be pregnant?

I've taken pregnancy test all negative but all of the ovulation test keep coming up positive I know that ovulation tests can pick up LH as well as HCG. And I'm just curious if it's possible has this happened to anyone? Been TTC for 7 months now. Please no dude comments. Thank you very much for you're advice all you wonderful women
