No heart beat

Help...had an US at 8 weeks and measured 14 days less and no heart beat had another us a week later and still no heart beat had my hcg levels tested yesterday and cam out to almost 17000 I'm worried my baby isn't OK bleed for two days i have another US on Monday any ideas??
