severe hair loss

what to do even a simple home remedy i tried already, after I got rebonded, a week or two, i notice severe hair loss, i used to have that thick hair when ponytailed but now its just half of it, treatment like shampoo or conditioner couldnt help still every time i comb my hair dry or wet i loss many hairs what should I do?
