Weird cramp

Rachael • Married to my wonderful wife, mom to D, twins on the way. lots of other roles and titles.
I'm 22 weeks and terrified of early labor. I just had this weird intense feeling like a cramp them diarrhea (tmi? Sorry). Nothing since them. Should I worry?
