When to take prenatals?

I bought some prenatals and I'm wondering when I should take them! Thanks!

Start taking them NOW!!! the folic acid needs to be very strong in your system before to conceive because the baby's spinal cord and everything develops before you even know you're pregnant most times and a lack of folic acid can lead to spinadifida. So start taking them now

I took mine maybe 2 months before we started to try to conceive. We got pregnant really quickly so I'm happy that I took them in advance and they were in my system when I conceived.

Take them now but make sure you take them with food even if it's just a little bit or you'll feel really nauseous
