Night Time Routine/Sleep Associations
My son (4.5 months) has nursed to sleep at night since he was young enough to have a night time routine. He has become a comfort nurser throughout the night and it's getting really bad. He is only sleeping 1 or 2 hours before he wakes up crying. I would like to change his night time routine and not nurse to sleep. Any ideas on how to start this?
ALSO, I would love to hear you guys night time routine as well!
