Could be early to tell!!!!! But I don't know been trying to get pregnant for 7 months and always a negative.. now having all these symptoms..

Having hot flashes bad cramps and nauseous me and my boyfriend has been I have been trying to get pregnant for months and nothing happens. And when I take a pregnancy test I get my hopes up and it's always a negative now I'm having all these symptoms and I'm just wondering if I'm pregnant.... but I also have uterine fibroids.... but my gut feeling I'm pregnant... I have a 4year old boy.. and my boyfriend want one of his own... so been trying...
