Are flintstone gummies the same as prenatal vitamins?

Prenatal vitamins make me insanely sick.  I've heard that flintstone gummies or the like are the same and we could take those instead.  Was wondering your opinions on this.

Yes. My OB/GYN said to take 2 a day instead of prenatal if it makes you vomit. Listen to your DOCTOR, not other people.

I use them I take 3 a day it was instructed by my doctor my pregnancy is awesome since I started taking them all prenatal vitimans was making me sick and had me constipated but when I started taking flinestone I haven't had one problem.

They have gummies at CVS that might help! I took those when I was TTC. Kind of wish I still had them but I bought some raw vegan ones and I have to choke down those awful things 3 times a day 😑

You can go to the store and pick up a bottle of gummies and a bottle of prenatals, and see the differences.

Try Spring Valley gummies. They're at Walmart for less than $10. They just taste like regular gummy candies (strawberry or cherry-I don't remember, orange, and lemon) and pick up some Spring Valley iron supplements. Only about $2.

Flintstones are not the same. I got sick off the original prenatal s I was prescribed and they even caused bleeding! But over the counter stuff IS just as good and way cheaper. I use gummies instead of hard pills as well since its easier on my stomach
