Gallbladder attacks every other day!

I can't take it! Gallbladder attacks every other day! Lasting for hours with no relief. I can't take Tylenol due to a fatty liver. The pain is so bad I throw up, get hot flashs and sweats and almost pass out. I suffer from the comfort of my home since I'm 24 wks pregnant right now. But does anyone have home remedies or positions to lay in? Showers and baths help while I'm in them but after I get out my pain is doubled!
