Was I pregnant?

Ok, so last year around this time I've gotten all the pregnancy symptoms. I was tired, back ached, bloated, boobs were sore, and I could not bare to lay on my stomach. So as I was waiting on my period it never came, I was thinking ok, I should take a test which came back a BFN so the next 3 days I waited. I started cramping went to the bathroom and light pink blood was there on the tissue which lasted about 2 days, I was so excited I tested that next morning and came back a BFP! So after that  my boyfriend and I were jumping for joy we had begun planning. 1 month passed I was feeling the same symptoms but we didn't go to the doctor yet. I had planned an appointment for 3 month checkup. So about 2 weeks went by and I should've been 2months pregnant I had fallen asleep being so tired and I had woken up from the sharp pain in my stomach. So I get up to go pee thinking nothing of it really and I'm bleeding 😖😖😖😖. I was so devastated and hurt my boyfriend rushed from work we were crying and I decided to go to the ER. So as we were telling to doctors what happened and they took a pregnancy test she told me that it was negative and that I wasn't pregnant 😵🙁. Which was hilarious  to me considering and I immediately yelled at her for being stupid! Like lady take the test again! I was bleeding so badly and all of the symptoms were there. How????????
