Birth plan?!! (Help!)

I'm not sure how to go about going over my birth plan with my doctor or the hospital when it is time! I've written everything down and I feel so bossy just like throwing it in a nurses face or something! (Btw 36 weeks ftm)

I never wrote a birth plan but when i was being induced the midwife who was in room with me asked if i had a birth plan and i just told her exactly what i wanted. Don't worry they deal with mum's everyday who have birth plans, they'll be used to people telling them what they do and dont want😊

It's nice to have an idea of what you want but he prepared for a whole different story when the time comes.

If you have your heart set on an all natural vaginal birth and end up needing gas, epidural, picoten then a c-section you'll be really upset.

That type of this can cause post-natal depression :-(

Ive had three babies, and never wrote down a birth plan. They pretty much ask you along the way. Unless it's something uncommon, I wouldn't be too worried.
