pregnancy problems

I'm 24 weeks 5 days and in waking up every hour . My nipples leaking , heartburn , using the bathroom lol , And I can't get comfortable.  My nipples have been leaking a while now . But is it normal to be uncomfortable at this stage of pregnancy. I don't want any complications with my pregnancy. And I don't want my baby boy to come early but im starting to get over this whole pregnancy during summer thing .  Only 3 months left I'm so ready
