Extremely constipated ?!

Anyone else going over a week without visiting our trusty toilet? lol 😩 I'm not in pain or anything! I just can't 😐

A glass of apple juice every morning has helped me. I know longer have to take colace to keep regular.

Ugh yes it's the worst. I I've found drinking decaf coffee helps to keep things moving along. Doesn't work for everyone, but luckily it has helped in my case.

I haven't taken my iron pills for 2 weeks now. I've been eating a bowl of frosted mini wheats every day. It's 90% of your daily iron. It has helped so much. Especially with my constipation I was absolutely miserable.

Same thing happened to me and my doctor recommended taking Miralax right away and then a stool soften, such as Colace, every day so it doesn't get to the emergency point again.

For future I know it sounds odd but it really helps me as a more natural remedy, green olives and a spinach salad. Together or not, its helped me to keep things moving right along 😊

I've had issues this entire pregnancy =/ taking a prebiotic and then fiber supplements when it gets too bad. Celery seems to really help too

What works for me is a cheap brand of stool softener and lots of water.

Just stop taking your prenatal for 2 days and you will be fine.
