Does your little baby bump seem hard?

I just got my first baby bump at 12 weeks, and it feels much different from the weeks before of bloat. It feels hard! Does anyone else have a hard / firm feeling in their bumps beyond 12 weeks?

I'm still not really showing, but man I can feel my uterus and it definitely is hard.  No sucking in my belly now no matter how hard I try!
