Is this from a clogged duct? Pic

Woke up with a full breast. Pumped 4 oz from my right breast which is the most I've ever been able to pump at one time. Noticed the bottom of my breast had a painful knot, sore to the touch. Then on the side I have these red streaks. Is it just a clogged duct? I'd have a fever if it was mastitis right?

Yes definately a clogged milk duct. I have one at the moment. It's so painful. I'm 3 weeks pp and just keep getting them. I massage my boobs when I pump and still no luck with these big boobies 😩

Make sure you're not wearing underside bras if you can help it. Try switching to a supportive but comfy sports bra. If its mastitis you'd be having flu symptoms. It's probably just a clogged duct. Massage with warmth and pump/feed often. Try nursing with your baby's chin pointed at the knot. I had a clogged duct but it resolved itself within a few days.

If it's sore and feeling like a knot it could be.  This looks like an underwire print from the fullness of your breast.   I've read if you have a clogged duct, try a warm shower and gently massage clockwise.
