Mine was like that too. Only When I wiped for the first day or so and then it  became like a period with clots/tissue. Good luck

Update... Im bleeding heavy off and on itll stop for a little while tgen come back like a heavy period. Its still bright red and have cramps and lower right back pain. No clots but im sure i mite be having another miscarriage 😢😢😯
