So nervous about labor and delivery 😩

Okay so I'm a first time mom..& SO happy and excited to be one 😻👶🏽🙈👏🏾🙆🏼 here's the thing..I'm also horrified of being and going through the labor process. I guess I just have no idea what to expect and I'm not that good at handling pain . Can any experienced mamas out there ease my mind a little bit or give some advice of things that helped them through it ?
