Early pregnancy question

Hi ladies!

I took a few pregnancy tests this week and it said that I was pregnant. Yay! I made a doctors appt for this Friday but today I've been experiencing mild cramps and some brownish spotting. I'm really hoping this isn't a false pregnancy and that my period is about to come.

Has anyone else experienced or is experiencing this very early in pregnancy?
