Someone? Please?! Say something

My baby is so nosey to go to sleep and stay sleep for longer than 30 or 45 min. She cries because she is sleepy. Then when she is layed down, or held go go to sleep, she cries. When she realize she is asleep, she rubs her face and cries to wake herself up. We try to play with her to make her tired enough to stay sleep but that doesnt work. Differeny sleeping positions dont work. What should i do?!
