My self confidence is now like 0 and I feel shitty looking at myself is discusting

Drinks tons of water, no soda, no sugary drinks. Cut out carbs, sugar and eat a good amount of protein and vegetables.  And obv get exercise, that's a big one. We can change our diet all we want but if we aren't exercising we won't see the results we want.

Okay- not body shaming whatsoever here but if the photos you've posted are actually of you then you should get your BMI looked at. 9 stone is 126 lbs and that kind of drastic weight loss could cause hair loss, anemia, and a host of other issues. There are foods you can cut out and immediately see your water weight shed and cut some extra weight off. But if you're talking over 100lbs I would consult a doctor and have your body mass index looked at. Just don't want you to hurt yourself.
