Prepping for success

I'm 22 weeks pregnant, working 58 hrs this week over 6 days. I have a tremendous headache after working this morning and it's as hot as the surface of the sun here. I just prepped some spinach feta quinoa bowls for breakfast. It was quick and easy, now my brekafast is done for the week!! What other quick easy meals do you working moms make to try to get ahead??

Feta (pasteurized version)
Eggs
Greek yogurt
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
