Help!

Baby sprinkle! I haven't had an actual baby shower in 8 years. We kept all the big items form our 3 year old but have two boys and just found out we're having a girl so my friends want to throw me a "sprinkle shower" should I still register for clothes, blankets, essentials? We clearly don't need anything besides that and diapers we literally have everything else. But I didn't know if a registry was reasonable then or not.. ?
