Empty Wombing

This is hard for me to post, but I know this might help others.

My name is Victoria and I can't have children. I thought I'd done everything right. Graduate high school, have an amazing fiance (who I've been with for 6, years now), have a steady job, but sometimes it doesn't work that way. I've had 4 miscarriages and several negative tests. I talked to my doctor and he confirmed my worst nightmare. My tubes are so small that sperm can't easily pass through and the walls of my womb are very weak. I cried for weeks, cursed god for this cruelty, envied every mother I saw with their small joys.

Then it dawned on me. It was no ones fault. It was just part of life and that not all things just fall into place. There's other ways to have a family with the one you love. With the support and love of my fiance, I'm coping with the misfortunes I've endured.

There's always adoption or surrogate mother's. Life isn't over for me. I have a loving fiance, a great family, and big plans for the future.
