A day after my c-section, I started running a fever.  Aside from the fever itself, I felt just fine.  Well, aside from the pure hell that was recovering from a c-section.  The doc put me on antibiotics and said she didn't want me to leave till the fever was gone.  Antibiotics didn't work at all.  What I thought would be a couple of extra days turned into two full weeks and a hospital transfer...  Has anyone else experienced the rare condition known as Septic Pelvic Thrombophlebitis?
