Hi! I am a first time mom. I have a 12 week old baby girl. My milk supply was always low, I could only produce 4 ounces of milk all together on a good day. Nowadays it seems to be getting worse. I had problems with my nipples so I started pumping just once a day so now I only get a few drops. If I pump more can I bring back my milk supply or is it too late?
