Questionnnnn ASAP bleeding

Help and or advice is it normal to bleed when using a sex toy. My So wanted to try something new before we had sex and I'm still a virgin and he was using this sex toy. I've never used a sex toy before and at the end I noticed a little blood. I was so scared when I saw it. Idk if this is normal, idk if the toy scratched me cuz i didn't feel any pain. Anyone ??
