Our little girl just turned 6 weeks on Friday and she wants nothing to do with anyone but me because of my boobs. I don't know if it's a milestone or just normal because of the bond between mom and baby during breastfeeding, but I can't do anything for more than 5 minutes before she realizes she's not attached to me. I can't clean or eat or go run errands or anything. All she wants to do is eat and sleep on me or next to me. As soon as I put her down she wakes up crying because she knows I'm not under or next to her. My husband is getting upset about it and told me I need to let her cry it out and learn she has to sleep on her own. We haven't slept in bed together since she was born and I would love to be able to put her down for the night in her pack n play so we could sleep together again. I just hate that he's making it seem like it's my fault 🙁 any tips on what I should do or when this super clingy phase will get better?
