Tired of being the fat girl😩
Hi guys. I'm plus sized and really trying to get serious about losing weight.. I'm very insecure so it's about time I make a change.. I was wondering has anybody lost weight from jogging everyday? And does it shed weight quickly? I mean of course id have to start off walking but it's worth the shot.. Any advice or anything that helps shed weight fast? Or workout tips? I know ppl don't recommend supplements but any helpful info? ALSO, I would like to try protein shakes, so recommendations? Anything will help guys? Thanks
