hi I just found out I have irritable bowel syndrome d. Also I am overweight and about to start becoming more healthy And I have been researching it and the kind of diet that I should have. I believe gluten is one of the culprits and so is lactose. Which is in milk and other products. so far I know that a lot of cereals are gluten-free and I found gluten free flour and gluten free cake mix and gluten free snacks and things at Aldi. and I found that Schnucks has some gluten free products also. my question is How can I lose weight without eating gluten. not only am I allergic to gluten I'd like to lose weight too while becoming more healthy and the process
