Need input

I ended my period July 31st. Have had unprotected sex multiples times every day this month. My fertile week has been on since Friday or Saturday with peak Tuesday. I woke up today extremely sick to my stomach and kept having to force myself to sleep to fight it. I also can't sleep at all right now because my hips are hurting so bad, it's like cramps on both sides. Could I have ovulated early and be feeling implantation? Am I overreacting? Any ideas or anything please
