Finding out I'm pregnant

So I have a lot of problems with my period with it not being on time or weeks to months being late. This time is been about 22 days late and I had to go to the hospital for these weird red bumps. And had me take a pregnancy test and came back positive I'm 6 weeks 3 days and the red bumps are pregnancy bumps the woman get when there body is sensitive to change. So I'm pregnant. I just don't know how to tell my mom.
