Seriously guys I spent the last 3 days yelling at my man for nonsense. And I didn't even realise it until today when I had to apologize. He told me I need to give him a schedule of my emotions because I am a roller coaster. One min I'm happy then I'll be crying, like seriously I was making dinner and started crying and I had to stop cooking because I thought I would make the food taste bad because I wasn't making it with love wtf?! And now anger randomly pops in there. I hate this! Anyone else loosing their shit?
