So I found out my husband was cheating and put him out. He's since moved in with the woman he was cheating on me with. I've tried to keep the lines of communication open specifically for the unborn baby. He claims he wants to be a family blah blah but this isn't the first time he's cheated with this woman and I'm over it. Last night I called him to remind him of an appointment we have today and she answers the phone. She was very rude and when he finally got on the like he didn't even defend me just said some mess about calling him too late because he's in a relationship! Mind you it was 9pm . I said some pretty nasty things and hung up on him. I started to go into an panic attack which Kept me up all night. My question is would it be wrong to cut him off until the baby is born and then let the court decide? I just don't want anything at all to do with him. He also has the majority of his clothing etc here and I would like for them to be out of my house. Advice please ??
