It seems like lower back pain is normal in pregnancy but it just seems too early. I have been having issues for almost a week and it seems to be getting worse. No other symptoms though besides being tired a lot lately. Back feels mostly like it's just super stiff and needs a good stretch but it also hurts. My hips are also super tight. I have been more active these past few weeks but nothing that should be putting me in this type of pain. A 2 mile run twice a week with stretching at the end should not do this. I'm 1 day late on my AF and I took a test last night and got BFN. Did anyone have this and then find out they are pregnant? Did you have other symptoms? When should I test again?
