Flutter kicks ?

Im 15 weeks and 4 days i don't feel and flutters all all. I almost don't feel pregnant but definitely look it. I thought at one point I felt like the baby may have been learning on certain sides. But idk now. I'm trying to stay calm cause I never felt my daughter move or kick until I was 6 or 7 mths. And even then it was random. She was and still a lazy kid lol. Anyone have this problem but baby is just fine?
