Prenatal massage?

Has anyone received a prenatal massage recently? My husband recommended I get one but not sure if its worth it or what it entails?

Completely worth it!! I live for the day I can go back.. lol I try to go once every 2 weeks and it's amazing. Make sure first you get a letter from your OB before you make an appointment because they won't touch you unless you provide them with that release.

I got one a couple weeks ago. It was amazing. So worth it. I laid on my belly but on a donut shaped pillow with a hole for the baby bump. The swelling in my legs was better after and I felt so energized. I'm booking another one today! I definitely think you should do it! You don't know what you're missing until you try it!
