Postpartum panties?

Anyone has good suggestions for panties following labor? Considering swelling, pain, bleeding, tears, what would be most comfy?

I wore the mesh hospital ones! They are awesome when you have that big pad, ice pack and everything else going on down there. You will want them, trust me!

I just bought a size larger than normal in hanes briefs.. Whatever you think is most comfortable really..  I wouldn't get like boy short style though.. For me personally, pads don't stick to them good enough..

I like the mesh ones from the hospital lol but I got a pack from Walmart so if they get messed up it doesn't matter

I wore the "booty short " kind of panties for about a week, when I started feeling better and was bleeding less I switched back to my normal underwear. Made me feel normal again lol

I wore the mesh ones they give you in the hospital till I ran out- then switched to big ole granny panties until I didn't bleed as much. Sorry this might be too much for some but--I was dropping golf ball size blood clots at least 3 times a day for the first couple weeks. I freaked out at first but dr said it was fine. It felt like every time I stood up I would get rid of one. Also take stool softeners- especially if your taking pain meds because you don't want to be pushing anything down there...

I got the hipster panties and foldover waist panties from Motherhood when they were on sale and they are SUPER comfortable. I would say maybe order a size up if you're between sizes. Glad I did because they did shrink a little. The cotton is super soft which I love and the patterns were cute.
