I am exclusively breastfeeding my one month old. For the pass two days I've noticed he spits up sometimes. He is super gassy and seems fussy after feedings. I do try to make sure he burps. I've tried gripe water and mylicon. I started him on a pacifier to comfort him a little bit because he has also been cluster feeding. I don't know what else to do. The spitting up concerns me. My diet is basically healthy, I have not changed anything. I make sure he is at an angle when feeding. Is it normal for breastfed babies to spit up?
