TDAP for family members

So my dad's girlfriend's daughter is having a baby in September and she asked my dad (along with anyone who will be around the baby a lot) to get the TDAP vaccine. My doctor hasn't said anything to me yet but since our little one is going to be here in the midst of cold season I think I'm going to request that all immediate family members and grandparents get it. Is anyone else doing that? I won't be crazy about it if someone refuses but I think it's reasonable to take some precautions for the sake of a tiny human..
