pp period

how did you ladies survive this? I woke up this morning with blood standing in a pad. I'm wearing a super plus tampon with a super pad. I just want to be alone 😓 i don't feel like taking care of my baby right now (of course I still will because there's no other option) but I feel like death 😓 any tips on how you survived this?
