Milk blister/ clogged duct
I am BF and pumping and have what I think is a milk blister. It is painful to nurse, and it is on an inverted nipple. I read how to treat it on kellymom, but it doesn't seem to be helping. How long do these take to heal? It doesn't seem to be opening up.
