finally sex after a couple of weeks

I just had sex and I was bleeding a little. It wasn't rough sex either. I did my have period over a week ago so I'm sure it wasn't that. Also I had one  degree tear and stitching had happened. When I went to my 6 week pp my doctor didn't take the stitches off... He checked me down there and I'm pretty sure he'll know I had stiches to remove but he didn't. Anyone experience this? I have a doctors appt this Thursday so by then I'll know. I'm 11 weeks pp.
