That as long as you pass at least 30 minutes in your glucose test and you throw up you should be fine? A few people have said it but I'm not totally sure . I gagged and had to spit some out then puked once but I was literally 10 minutes away from the 1st hour. Told the lady and she said hm you should be fine but I feel unsure.

I work i a lab and if at ANY point you throw up then we are required to cancel the test, notify the doctor and you will most likely have to reschedule for another time. The place you went to might have different policies but we want to get you the most accurate results so you get the treatment you need which is why throwing up voids the test.

I was told that if I wasn't able to hold it down that it's marked down as a failure and that I would have had to take the 3 hour one. Not sure who told you the other way around or why for that matter because that's incorrect.

The glucose test shouldn't make you puke: a little queasy maybe, but that's it
