Could be a birth mark? My mom got one on her chin when pregnant with me. I was born with one on my neck, and since being pregnant, it's become super dark red. Also, my mom's never went away after pregnancy, it did however fade a bit.

Mine looked similar to this and I asked my doctor about it a month ago because it was not going away.. I am 30 weeks and it first popped up at 12 weeks she said it was ringworm and I've been taking cream for it and now it's almost gone... Mine is on my upper thigh beside my bikini line
