Yes it is totally possible to fall pregnant again right after a miscarriage, i would wait a bit and test again and or wait to see if period comes

I had a miscarriage almost a month ago, too. Still getting faint lines. So yes, possible. We started trying again try away so I'm just waiting for darker lines or totally negative at this point.
