Should I be concerned? Short period.

I normally have heavy ish periods for an average of 5 days. Even after coming off the pill. This month I had I feeling I might have been pregnant and was hoping. Took a test two days before period and negative. On Friday night I had very light spotting of old blood. Saturday was like a flood, heavier than ever. By Sunday night it was sudden light spotting and today it's completely stopped. Never had a short period like that.
