So let me start by saying I finish when my hubby and I have sex pretty much every time. But randomly I'll get SUPER intense cramp like feelings that makes me nauseous and dizzy from how bad it hurts after I orgasm. Does anyone else experience this or have had a doctor who knew what causes it? I visited my gyny and she did an ultrasound of my uterus and everything and still had no real explanation. I'm just wondering if I'm alone here! Thanks! ☺️
