I'm 4 weeks tomo.  Is it really too soon to start feeling symptoms like hunger and emotional?

No every woman is different and you could definitely already be having symptoms

I'm 4 weeks tmrw also! I have sore breast, cravings, nauseas and very emotional! I also work for an OB/GYN so it's normal girl!!
