Depressed?

Is anyone depressed? I am so happy to be pregnant and to be having another baby but I am just so depressed! My last appointment my doctor got onto me because I lost 14 lbs. I just don't feel good and I just want to sleep.

I struggled with depression and anxiety in my first trimester. Now I get occasional bouts of anxiety but I'm managing. This is nothing new for me. My hormones caused this well before my pregnancy. Just trying to hang on. Sleep at night is hard but I can sleep great during the day if I allow myself to.

I'm so sorry. Are you eating? I also lost 14 pounds and was very much depressed, even if I was Sooo happy that I git pregnant. I wasn't eating much because I would get soo sick and I'm still not eating as much now...I believe it has to do with food. Food makes people happy and actually releases a happy chemical in our brain, like sex does! Well, if I'm not eating or having sex as often, I got depressed...I'm not too sure if this helps...not too sure if you've dealt with depression before...so...yea. You will feel better! Think positive!

I've been depressed. I've lost weight as well since my first appointment. My anxiety is out of control. I sleep all the time but not well and I feel like I don't get any sleep. :(
